About VELA ACARS Tracker
The ACARS tracker is the link between your simulator and the VELA platform. It runs next to the simulator, reads position, altitude, speed and phase of flight, and sends them to VELA while you fly.
That live position is what puts your own aircraft on the vIFM map and on the airport moving map in VELA Charts, and what operations sees on the aircraft status board.
