By creating an account with VELA or by accessing and using the VELA virtual airline platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform or any of its services.

VELA is designed exclusively for flight simulation enthusiasts and virtual airline activities. The platform and its features are not intended for, nor may they be used in, any real-world aviation operations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing accounts or login details with others is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation may result in suspension or removal of your account.

You agree not to misuse, abuse, or disrupt the VELA platform or its services. Any attempts to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, or exploit vulnerabilities are expressly forbidden.

Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or the harassment of other community members is not tolerated. All users are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.

VELA provides dispatch releases, operational flight plans (OFPs), ACARS, rosters, and other operational tools solely for the purpose of flight simulation. These resources are intended for virtual airline activities only.

Under no circumstances should any information or documentation generated by VELA be used for real-world flight operations or decision-making.

All VELA branding, software, graphics, and documentation remain the exclusive property of VELA and ezy887 systems unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

You may not use any part of the platform’s intellectual property except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Service or with prior written consent.

VELA reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion for any violations of these terms, including but not limited to abuse, cheating, security violations, or serious misconduct within the community.

In cases of suspension or termination, affected users may lose access to all platform features and data without prior notice.

The VELA platform and its services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELA and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time as VELA evolves and new features are introduced. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
